  • Ritual

    Direct the nozzle at affected areas and spray evenly 5-12 times to create a fine mist. Massage into skin to stimulate absorption. Use it as part of your daily routine or as and when required. You may feel a slight tingling as the spray is absorbed, this is normal and just the magnesium getting to action!
